Our Cook & Talk courses are delivered by a team of language trainers/ home cooks with a wealth of passion and experience in regional Italian cookery. Courses are designed by freelance home economist/food stylist Michaella Pentucci who has worked with with top celebrity chefs such as Anthony-Worral Thompson, John Burton Race, Gino D’Acampo, Brian Turner and Aldo Zilli.
