What does the course cover?

This easy access lunchtime course is ideal for language first-timers who want to acquire the practical speaking and listening skills needed to cope with day-to–day scenarios when socialising and travelling in France.

The course is communicative in approach focusing on speaking and listening, and employing a range of participative activities. Key structures of basic grammar are introduced inductively. 

Is the course at the right level for me?

This course is intended for those with no previous knowledge or those wishing to start at the beginning and progress at absolute beginner pace.    

What will I achieve?

On this course you will learn how to order drinks and food at a café, how to exchange greetings, get directions, make purchases, obtain goods and services, and share basic personal information.
