Trainer Gabriele's organising Cookery, Italian Language and Wine-tasting Courses in a countryside haven in Italy
Deep in the heart of the countryside between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna lies a heaven of peace,tranquility and genuine Bolognese hospitality. At an hour from Florence and Bologna the ancient hamlet of Borgo Pianello looks out over the Apennine mountains and is immersed in the natural parkland of the Dardagna Valley.This May,June,September and October, Gabriele will be offering week-long courses for beginners on his home territory. Alongside, the chance to take part in cookery courses and wine-tasting experiences at Borgo Pianello winery in the heartland of Italy's culinary capital home to Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic vinegar, tagliatelle, tortelloni, Mountain grappa and many prestigious local wines.
