What does the course cover?
Discover and discuss a good read! Aimed specifically at those getting to grips with an Italian novel, the group will tackle a contemporary read, supported by notes and comprehension tasks at home. Meeting monthly, club members will come together to discuss the plot, the characters and clarify meaning, discussing and evaluating their responses together.
What will I read?
Books are shortlisted and the group decides together each new book to be read and discussed.

For this course you should be able to discuss the book in relation to the plot, characters and structure, expressing opinions about the book you have read. You should feel comfortable describing the experiences and events of the book and dreams, hopes and ambitions of the main characters.
This course works towards Level B2+ of the Common European Framework for Languages standards.
